At Max Mobile Detail, we believe in complete transparency. Our terms of service are designed to provide clear, mutual understanding so we can focus on delivering uncompromising precision for your vehicle without any surprises.

Our mobile detailing services are performed at your specified location. We require reasonable access to a standard power outlet and water supply within 100 feet of the vehicle. By booking a service, you confirm that you have the legal right to authorize work on the vehicle and that the location permits professional detailing services. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our equipment.
We allocate dedicated time, equipment, and travel specifically for your vehicle. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-shows, or appointments where we cannot gain access to the vehicle within 15 minutes of arrival, will be billed the full service amount.
Max Mobile Detail exercises the highest standard of care during all services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, heavily degraded clear coats, faulty electronics, loose trim pieces, or deeply ingrained stains that cannot be safely removed using standard industry practices. We rigorously document the vehicle's condition prior to beginning service and will notify you immediately of any areas of concern before proceeding.
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and exact cash. We do not carry change. Upon processing your payment, an electronic receipt and a detailed service invoice will be provided to the email address on file. Persistent late payments may restrict your ability to book future services.
